This six week module explores leadership as it relates to different structures of governance with a focus on board dynamics, and fidelity to Montessori best practices in the realm of governance and legal environments. Adult learners will also be introduced to the role of accreditation, the importance of strategic planning, and the fundamentals of developing school handbooks.
