Elective courses are designed to broaden your knowledge in areas you have already explored but would like to further hone your expertise. For the Leadership credentials you must complete three elective courses. Some electives are large. Please watch at least 1/2 of the videos and post in the forum and journal for the appropriate week in Module 7.
